Lyrics from :
Graduation
- Vitamin c
And so we talked all night about the rest of our lives
Where we're gonna be when we turn 25I keep thinking times will never change
Keep on thinking things will always be the same
But when we leave this year we won't be coming back
No more hanging out cause we're on a different track
And if you got something that you need to say
You better say it right now cause you don't have another day
Cause we're moving on and we can't slow down
These memories are playing like a film without sound
And I keep thinking of that night in June
I didn't know much of loveBut it came too soonAnd there was me and you
And then we got real cool
Stay at home talking on the telephone with me
We'd get so excited, we'd get so scared
Laughing at our selves thinking life's not fair
And this is how it feels
- As we go on, We remember
All the times we, Had together
And as our lives change, Come whatever
We will still beFriends Forever

Hi All,
Just have to let you all know, we have had such a positive response from so many classmates-and we are having a blast meeting up with everyone again, it is interesting that a lot of people that never even bothered to go to any of their college or high school reunions really want to go to this, Jr. High one! It stands to reason, some of us have known each other for over 9 years, that's a lot longer than our friends in high school or college. And after 8th or 9th grade we had to separate and go to 7 different high schools.(Acushnet is a small town, 18 square miles, population, 10,607. Students currently attend elementary and middle school in Acushnet before heading off to New Bedford High School, Fairhaven High School, Old Colony Regional Vocational-Technical High School, Bishop Stang, ect. so small, that it does not have its own high school).
We were all so much closer (younger and innocent) in this Acushnet town ( at this age, we weren't busy dating, like we did in high school.. we were in groups, Girls/ Boy Scouts, or Little League), know wonder there is still this strong connection.
Now that all our children are older, we can have some time for each other, again, well at least once a year!
